By using our website and Spark Academy mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

By using the website or app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

To register an account on the website or app, you must: • Be 18 years or older, or have parental consent if you are a minor • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the confidentiality of your login information • Be responsible for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable • One freeze is allowed within the term according to academy policy • Make-up sessions are subject to availability within the active period only • Fees are non-refundable once usage begins • Must adhere to scheduled training times • Academy reserves the right to cancel subscription for rule violations • Academy must be notified in advance of any schedule changes

• All prices are in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) • Fees must be paid before subscription starts • We accept payment via PayPal, BenefitPay, or cash at the academy • Payment proof must be provided when using BenefitPay • If subscription request is rejected, paid amount will be refunded • All payments are final after confirmation • Additional fees may apply for late payments

You must: • Use the website and app legally and ethically • Not send offensive or illegal content • Respect others' rights • Not attempt to hack or damage the system • Not use the website or app for fraudulent purposes • Not copy or distribute website content without permission • Respect the privacy of other users

• Must adhere to scheduled challenge times • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance • Points and rewards are subject to change according to academy policy • Academy reserves the right to cancel any challenge or session for administrative reasons • Must respect fair play rules • Final results are determined by the academy

All content on the website and app, including text, images, logos, and designs, is protected by copyright and owned by Spark Academy. No content may be copied, distributed, modified, or used without written permission from Spark Academy.

Spark Academy is not responsible for: • Any direct or indirect damages resulting from website or app use • Loss of data or information • Service interruption or technical failures • Any decisions made based on information from the website or app • Any injuries that may occur during training (personal insurance required)

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time without prior notice in case of: • Violation of these Terms and Conditions • Illegal use of the website or app • Any behavior that harms the academy's reputation • Non-payment of due fees • Misuse of services

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the website, app, or email. Your continued use of the website or app after changes means you agree to the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved in Bahraini courts. In case of any dispute, an amicable resolution should be attempted first.
